Why this book exists?
Most biohacking advice is built for stable routines and controlled environments.
Most travel advice ignores the body completely.
Traveling Biohacker exists between those two worlds.
This is not a traditional travel book. And it’s not another generic optimization guide filled with unrealistic protocols.
It is a practical, science-based exploration of how to stay functional, healthy, and mentally stable while moving through changing environments.
Because modern travel is biologically disruptive. And most people still underestimate how much it affects the body.
WHAT’S INSIDE
How travel affects sleep, circadian rhythm, and cognitive performance
Blood sugar, meal timing, fasting, and energy stability on the move
Which supplements are genuinely useful — and which are mostly hype
Travel digestion, probiotics, dehydration, and reducing traveler’s diarrhea
Light exposure, blue light blockers, jet lag, and nervous system regulation
Pollution, recovery, stress load, and adapting to unstable environments
Don't expect a collection of “travel hacks.”
It is a practical framework for understanding how the body behaves under movement, instability, and environmental change.

What You’ll Gain

More stable energy while traveling
Less fatigue, fewer crashes, and better cognitive stability across changing environments.

Better understanding of your own body
Understand how sleep, food, movement, and environment shape your energy, mood, and recovery.

More resilience under unstable conditions
Learn practical ways to adapt when routines collapse and control disappears.

A calmer and more intentional approach to health
Move away from optimization obsession toward strategies that are sustainable, realistic, and actually useful.
About the Author
Michal Kodnar has long been fascinated by the relationship between biology, environment, movement, and human performance.
Over the years, his curiosity led him through nutrition, fasting, sleep, supplementation, circadian rhythm research, recovery practices, yoga, breathwork, and different approaches to what is now commonly called “biohacking.”
At the same time, travel became an equally important part of his life — constantly moving between countries, climates, routines, and environments.
What interested him most was the collision between those two worlds.
Most health advice is built for stability. Travel rarely offers any.
This book emerged from years of experimenting with what actually continues to work when life becomes mobile, unpredictable, and environmentally unstable.
Rather than promoting extreme optimization, Traveling Biohacker explores a more grounded approach — one based on awareness, adaptability, and understanding how the body responds to movement, stress, light, food, sleep, and constant change.
